We have just had our system installed by Titan and the whole process has been easy and very reasonably priced. I don’t believe some of the negative reviews listed as some of those prices were 3 or 4 times over what we paid so these seem wildly inaccurate and just falsely posted to damage someone’s business. The salesperson, tester, owner and installer were all professional, friendly and willing to discuss pricing, installation and technical details. Installation itself was super quick and the work done looks tidy and professional. No complaints at all! We would definitely recommend this company and just as a heads up to some of those fake reviews, the quote we went with was about half the price of the “ultimate best price” of some of the competitors so it comes as no surprise that someone would have to resort to that level to compete with Titan.

The owner/sales representative, Jake was very knowledgeable and informative. I purchased a water system that was put in the very next day. The gentleman that put the system in did things quickly and kept everything clean. I am looking forward to better water quality. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jake helped us get the right water system for our family and was extremely patient and informative. He answered all of our questions, and any further questions we’ve had he’s been quick to respond. We got the system installed Monday and have already started noticing a difference in our water. System is great and the customer service is amazing!
